? Why do you make these in China

? I know that Cats love fish but...Do Dogs like salmon?

A. Most Dogs "love" the taste of Wild Salmon. Your Dog, no matter how you pamper him or her, is desendent from wild. They crave the smell and flavor of Wild Salmon just as their ancestors did.

? Is WildSideSalmon really Wild Salmon?

A. Correct! WildSideSalmon is 100% Wild Alaskan Salmon. Because of our freeze drying process, and packaging techniques, we don't need to add anything else to our treats other then Wild Alaskan Salmon.

? I thought Wild Salmon were "endangered". Should you be making pet treats from "endangered" salmon?

A. Wild Alaskan Salmon runs are NOT endangered. The ALASKA State salmon fishery was recently Awarded the Marine Stewardship Council's "eco-label"! The "eco-label" is given only to those industries that have have proven to support sustainble resources, healthier oceans and a healthier environment. We are proud of this recognition and you should be also.

? I heard that you should not give fish products to your Cats because of something called "ASH". Is this true?

A. Many fish products ( including tuna ) contain very high levels of "ash". This can cause serious urinary tract problems in Cats. WildSideSalmon treats are naturally LOW in "ash", and would NOT be a concern to your Cats health. ASK your VET for more details on the other fish based products you may be using.

? I bought some WildSideSalmon treats for my Dog, but my Cat eats them also! Is this commen or o.k.?

A. Very common, but not to worry. WildSideSalmon is a great Healthy Natural snack for both Dogs & Cats.

? Do I need to add water to these treats before giving them?

A. Nope. They seem to luv 'em just the way they are, right out of the package.

? Do I need to refrigerate these treats?

A. Please DO NOT refrigerate. WildSideSalmon treats are freeze dried and would love to be stored in a cool DRY place. You may refrigerate WildSideSalmon treats for extended periods if you keep them in an airtight container.

? So... are your treats raw or cooked?

A. WildSideSalmon freeze dried salmon treats are RAW, wild Alaskan Salmon fillet meat. No bones or skin or entrails. Although these elements are also good for your pets, they are also the places that bacteria hit first.
